Terms of Service

1. Service provider

photostudior.com, PE, Office 7, Business Center Horizon, 42 Antonovycha St, Kyiv, 03150, Ukraine; EDRPOU 02246495. Identification under the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” No. 675-VIII.

2. Eligibility and booking

For persons aged 18 or over who give accurate details and informed consent. Each booking includes a consultation on technique, outcome, aftercare, contraindications, price and duration. We may decline a procedure for safety reasons.

3. Prices

Prices and the price basis (per procedure, per session, touch-up) are shown before ordering and confirmed before the procedure. The confirmed amount applies.

4. Results and risks

Results are not guaranteed: pigment retention, colour and healing vary. Permanent makeup involves skin trauma and risks including swelling, infection, allergic reaction, asymmetry, scarring and pigment migration. Claims are substantiated under the Law of Ukraine “On Advertising” No. 270/96-VR.

5. Complaints

Email contact@photostudior.com or call +380 939 238 1100. We reply within 10 business days. Unresolved disputes may go to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection. Rights apply under the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” No. 1023-XII and No. 675-VIII.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations under 48 hours before an appointment may forfeit the deposit; see the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7. Personal data

Processed under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 3999-IX. Non-essential cookies load only after consent.

8. Liability

Liability is limited to the amount paid where law permits. Ukrainian law governs these terms.
